Welcome to Meditation In Wyomissing

Thursday evening, we meet for silent meditation at my office, 4 Park Plaza [off North Park Road], Wyomissing, PA 19610.

5:30pm, one hour silent meditation
7:00pm, 20-30 minute guided meditation

You have the option of sitting on the floor or on a chair. I have purchased a variety of meditation cushions for people to try. We also have water and tea available. Doors open at 4:30 so people can connect and catch up before the meditation begins. We hope you will join us. Click here for more information
